Initial.com Goes Live in New Zealand!

With a single click, Initial, New Zealand’s leading hygiene specialist, launched its online portal today.
Initial Hygiene, part of Rentokil Initial Plc, works for many of the largest corporate businesses in New Zealand, including Fonterra and Westpac.
The new site holds a wealth of information, allowing customers and prospective customers, to investigate the depth and breadth of Initial Hygiene’s portfolio and services. The site, designed in a clean, contemporary style, is a one-stop shop allowing customers access to Initial’s complete suite of hygiene-related products and services including washrooms, office hygiene and consumables.
Geoff Polkinghorne, Divisional Manager of Initial Hygiene, says – “The Initial portal is a multifunctional hub. It is more than simply a site but a link and conduit between us and all of our customers and prospective customers.”
The new website feeds into Initial’s efforts to expand both its distribution channels and on-the-ground customer support which also consists of call centres and an extensive network of sales support and marketing offices across the globe.
And it could not be simpler to use. For instance, a customer looking for air-freshening solutions can easily research the site making an informed choice of either fan-operated or solar-powered air fresheners. If they require further assistance, they can look up the financial as well as business benefits of each option.
Customers needing more thorough attention can request a detailed on-site inspection at no charge simply by filling up a request form online. Initial’s qualified surveyors would then follow up with a visit to their premises and produce a report highlighting their needs.
The local Initial sites is one of 12 launched simultaneously countries across Asia-Pacific. The freshly designed B2B portals feature a bold, clean, contemporary look and feel, which will serve business and industrial customers in China, Fiji, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
