Initial Hygiene wins Contract for Office Complex

Initial Hygiene, New Zealand has recently been awarded the Hygiene Services contract for the office complex within New Zealand’s largest retail and entertainment destination - Sylvia Park in Auckland.
Sylvia Park is a 24 hectare site (which is equivalent to the size of 36 rugby fields), and a multimillion dollar project. Its dramatic and tasteful building architecture, and easy access has attracted significant international interest. It boasts over 180 specialty stores and the Hoyts flagship 10 Cinema Complex which has the largest 35mm cinema screen in the Southern Hemisphere and New Zealand’s first bean bag cinema. Some of the top brand retailers include Kookai, David Lawrence, Country Road and international bookstore Borders, and the popular eatery Wagamamas.
Initial Hygiene is already the proud hygiene service provider of this shopping complex and also Hoyts Cinema Complex.
